Violation Report for Hardware

A violation report can be generated for enrollees using GPS hardware. This report can be generated to display the violations triggered based on customized date ranges, and also gives an overview summary of total alarms, as well as the number of each alarm type. The date range is display at the top-right of the report, and the timezone is listed in the user's timezone.

To access the Violation Report, navigate to the enrollee's profile, select the "Alarms" tab, and then "Event History". You will see an option to select "Create Violation Report". You will select the "Date Range" dropdown and select the applicable choice. Furthermore, you can narrow down by using the "From Date" and "To date" and selecting the applicable time frames.

Report Summary

These numbers are based on the date range selected and the number of alarms that occurred during that period.

  7. Inclusion Buffer Zone
  8. Exclusion Buffer Zone

  12. Device Comm Timeout (Escalated)

Detailed Summary

The Detailed Summary displays each alarm in order of newest to oldest, and all relevant information for each alarm is listed.

  6. Ignored Date/Time
  7. Ignored Time (In seconds)

The bottom of the report displays the creation date/time, confirming when the report was run. "Official Monitoring Data" can also be found, as well as page numbers for report organization.
