Alarms Report

Accessing the Alarms Report

  1. Go to the Reports tab from the main navigational menu
  2. The first sub tab here displays the device events report

Report Features

The Alarms report allows you to see all alarms triggered by any hardware (ShadowWatch, ShadowDevice, ShadowCuff and ShadowPhone) for your entity or any sub entity you may have access to. This report allows you the ability to export a report and filter alarms as desired. The report displays and features the following:
  1. Ability to filter by the following fields:
    1. Date From/To
    2. Enrollee
    3. Alarm Type
    4. Status
    5. Entity
    6. Assigned User
    7. Clear Time
    8. Ignore Time
    9. Lot
    10. Hardware Type
    11. Time Between Event >
    12. Time Between Event <
  2. Ability to export your report using the "Export" button
  3. Ability to view a timeline for each alarm. Timeline details include:
    1. Alarm details
    2. Alarm status
    3. Date/time alarm created
    4. Date/time alarm resolved
    5. Battery level of hardware at the time of alarm
    6. Last communication date/time for the hardware at the time the event was triggered
    7. Location history for the 24 hour period the alarm was triggered
    8. All triggered alarms for the enrollee at the time the current alarm was triggered
    9. Charging history for the hardware
  4. Access to a legend that explains each alarm type, what each column on the report means, and status. This can be found on the right-hand margin of the page below the "Recents" tab
