Compliance Report Configuration

The ShadowtrackONE platform allows users to configure emailed compliance reports for their enrollees as well as other users' caseloads. Within the User's profile, select "Settings" and select "Receive Email Notifications" to "Yes". When "Receive Email Notifications" is selected, several options will populate, allowing the user to customize their specific preferences. The following settings can be seen:

  1. Instantly - having this selected will deliver violations instantly via email. Also the following two options can be selected to include relevant information within the report.
    1. Include Compliance Report - this setting will either include or exclude compliance related calls when generating the email report
    2. Include Hardware Violations - this setting will either include or exclude hardware violations when generating the email report
  2. Daily, Weekly or Monthly - these selection will create and deliver emailed reports based on the frequency selected. The following options can be selected to include relevant information within the report.
    1. Include Compliance Report - this setting will either include or exclude compliance related calls when generating the email report
    2. Periodic Report Type -
      1. All Activity - all enrollee related activity will be included within the email report
      2. Non-Compliance Only - will only include non-compliant calls within the email report
    3. Template - this dropdown allows for the user to select one or more Schedule Templates to receive compliance information for
    4. All Enrollees Associated To Template - selecting Yes will include all enrollees assigned to that Template. Selecting No will only show reports for your caseload
    5. Historical Template Calls - selecting Yes will continue to show historical data for non-compliance calls until the call has been changed to compliant. Meaning if the disposition is not changed to Compliant, this event will continue to be included in the compliance report
    6. Include Interview Exceptions - this allows the user to choose whether or not to include interview exceptions within the report
    7. Caseload for User(s) - this allows the user to select another user(s) caseload to also receive reports for
    8. Delivery Day of the Week (Only applies to Weekly selection) - this settings allows the user to choose the day of the week they want to receive the report
    9. Delivery Time - the user can configure a time of day for the report to be sent
    10. Send Emails with No Data - this allows the user to choose whether or not to still receive a report in the event that there are no violations or non-compliance events
    11. Time to Send Next Compliance Email - this will autofill once the selections are saved and show the next scheduled email report date and time
These settings can be changed or adjusted within the user's profile in their Settings tab at any time
