A report is automatically generated when an enrollee has logged into the EnrolleeApp 3 or more times within a 30-day period. This report is automatically emailed to the assigned officer at the time of the third login and all subsequent logins after.
Consecutive Login Report
The Consecutive Login Report displays the following information in spreadsheet format:
- Enrollee's name
- Date/Time stamp
- Phone Type
- OS Version
- Reason for logging out
Phone Type and OS Version are listed to indicate different devices being used by one enrollee. Each time the enrollee logs out of the EnrolleeApp, they are required to enter a "Reason" for logging out before the app will allow them back in. This reason is listed in the Consecutive Login Report, as well as in the enrollee's compliance history tab.
