User Settings Page
Many settings can be configured within the user's profile based on their preferences
User settings
All settings can be edited from default in the user's "Settings" tab, except for "Alter Drug Testing Templates". This permission must be granted from a TenantAdmin for the user.
- Voicemail Enabled- allows user to receive voicemails from enrollees utilizing EnrolleeApp
- Out of Office- allows user to set up automatic replies with customizable message and return date fields
- Receive Email Notifications- allows user to choose to receive email notifications for violations and compliance reports, as well as frequency of receipt and other options
- ShadowVisit Notification Type- allows user to choose between SMS or email notification for their ShadowVisit scheduled enrollees when checking in for an office visit
- Alter Drug Testing Template- this permission must be granted by a TenantAdmin, and allows user to edit drug testing templates for their enrollees
- Display Business Card- display a digital business card of user information for the enrollees utilizing EnrolleeApp. This displays user's name, voicemail, entity name, and address. An entity logo can also be added by the entity and displayed here
- Landing Page- User can choose from a dropdown list of configured landing pages to see when logging in to the ShadowtrackONE platform. Landing pages include Enrollees, Inmates, Correctional Officers, Solutions Dashboard, Alarms, Lobby Status and Usage Dashboard Homepages
- Default Map View- User can choose from Standard View or Satellite View to default all maps to their preferred view
- Default Calendar View- User can choose from week or month view when viewing their enrollees' schedules
For increased load time, all user tabs within the user page load when selected rather than all at once. This increases loading speed of each section of the user profile.
