Enrollees Page

The Enrollees Page will display the User’s active assigned enrollees and all active enrollees for Entities the User has permission to view.
Additionally, the User can enroll new enrollees, transfer enrollees to another Entity, and send Mass Notifications.

All enrollees names within this page are hyperlinked for easy profile navigation. Also, within the row of each enrollee you will see the entity assigned, any active alarms, phone type/device info, officer portal icon, transfer entity icon and last location icon. 
 

Assigned to Me Tab

  1. Displays all Active Enrollees assigned to the logged-in User.  
  2. Allows you to filter with several options. 
  3. Allows you to highlight all enrollees by choosing "Select All".
  4. Allows you to create new Enrollees "+Enrollee."
  5. Send Mass Notifications.

Active Tab

  1. Displays all Active Enrollees on a map assigned to the Entity and/or Sub-Entities to which the user has permission to view.
  2. Allows you to filter with several options.
  3. Allows you to export all enrollees listed. 
  4. Allows you to create a new Enrollee "+Enrollee".
  5. Users can export an Excel spreadsheet of all active enrollees.
  6. Send Mass Notifications.

Map Tab

  1. Displays all Assigned Enrollees on the map.
    1. If you click on the point, it will display the date/time of the location that you clicked on.
    2. If you click on the arrow in the card, it will also display alarms, battery level, how the device communicates, and the speed of the GPS point.
  2. Displays all Active Enrollees on a map assigned to the Entity and/or Sub-Entities to which the user has permission to view.
    1. If you click on the point, it will display the date/time of the location that you clicked on.
    2. If you click on the arrow in the card, it will also display alarms, battery level, how the device communicates, and the speed of the GPS point.
