Transferring Enrollee(s) and Case Loads to other Users/Entities
Transferring an Enrollee(s) from One User to Another
The ShadowtrackONE software allows users to transfer an enrollee from one user/entity to another.
All users must be unassigned from the enrollee before you can transfer them to another user/entity. For details on how to assign or unassign a user from an enrollee, please refer to the article here
To transfer an enrollee to another entity:
- Go to the Enrollees tab (Dashboard) from the main navigational menu
- Here you will see an icon that looks like two arrows listed next to each enrollee's name in the list
- Select the arrows to transfer the enrollee to the desired entity
- Select the desired entity from the drop down list. You will only see entities you have access to in this list.
- Select Save
After transferring the enrollee, make sure you re assign the new user and/or protocol if applicable. Please refer to the article linked above for instructions on assigning a new user to an enrollee. Please refer to the article

To transfer a user's entire case load:
- Go to the user's profile page
- Select "Enrollees" tab
- Select "Select All"
- Select "Reassign"
- Select assigned user(s) from the dropdown menu
- Select "Reassign"
