User Permissions and Access Details

User Roles

HospitalAdmin: 

  1. Ability to view the ShadowAlertness Dashboard based on entity assigned hospitals
  2. When a Corrections Officer logs into ShadowAlertness and selects one of the HospitalAdmin's assigned hospitals, they will see the following data displayed:
    1. "On Transportation" 
    2. "Breakdown by Color Stage"
      1. All underlying data of each Color Stage
    3. Locations Map
      1. Location points, inmate images, hospital name, floor and room number
    4. "Locations Received
    5. "Average Transportation Time"

TenantAdmins can:

Invite other Users with the roles TenantAdmins, Users, and ReadOnly to the ShadowtrackONE Platform
  1. Create and edit Templates
  2. View Settings and Information as the Entity Level
  3. Create and edit Protocols
  4. Take all actions that Users and Read-only Users can take
  5. TenantAdmins will be notified if no phone number is available to send a text notification to the enrollee.

Users can:

  • Create and Edit Enrollees
  • Assign Templates and Protocols to Enrollees
  • Assign Hardware devices to Enrollees 
  • View and take action on items related to enrollment monitoring, such as compliance, alarms, notifications, etc.
  • NOTE: Users cannot view information at the Entity level, view or edit Protocols, and do not have access to the Templates tab

ReadOnly Users can:

  • View items related to enrollment monitoring, such as compliance, alarms, notifications, locations, etc.

Info
There is no way to merge enrollees' profiles.  The duplicate must be asked to be deleted by emailing support@shadowtrack.com
