To learn more about the ShadowtrackONE Platform or review Frequently Asked Questions, Users may reference the ShadowtrackONE Platform.

  • To access the User Guide, select Resources from the Navigation Menu on the left. Then, choose User Guide from the drop-down menu.
  • A new window will open, displaying the ShadowtrackONE Platform in the ZOHO Knowledge Base.

Latest Updates

For user reference and transparency, Shadowtrack Technologies provides the Latest Updates page as an information hub for the most recent updates made to the ShadowtrackONE Platform.

  • To access the Latest Updates page, select Resources from the Navigation Menu on the left.
  • From the drop-down menu that appears, select Latest Updates.
