Create a New User Profile
To add a new user to the application:
- Search for the desired entity you would like to associate the user with from the main search field
- On the user profile, select the Users tab
- Next, select the +User button
- Enter the following information for the new user:
- First and Last name
- Email address
- Username
- This will be auto-filled for you with the email address you entered
- Phone Number
- User Role

- Language
- Time Zone
- New Password/Confirm Password
- Select Save. The user will need both their username and password to access the application.
Users who have not logged into the ShadowtrackONE platform for more than 3 months will be automatically made inactive. To reactivate a user account, go to the user's profile. Under the "Profile" tab and select "Edit". In the "Account Settings" section, select "Yes" for "Active".
After creating a new user profile, the user will be able to login with the username and password assigned. Login information is NOT case sensitive.
You will notice several new sub tabs after creating a new user. Please refer to the User Profile section of knowledge base for details on each sub tab.
Adding a phone number is optional; however, it will need to be added to the field for the user to set up text notifications for alarms.
