When viewing the Alarms tab within an enrollee's history tab, the user can double-click on an alarm row. Double-clicking on the row will present the event details, logs and steps associated with the alarm. This information can also be exported.
Event Details
When an alarm is triggered event details are collected and logged at the time of the alarm within the platform. The following event details will be visible:
- Alarm Type - Specifies the alarm that was triggered
- Received Date - Date/Time the alarm was received
- Occurred On - Date/Time the alarm occurred
- Last Communication Date - Last communication date/time
- Battery Percentage - Battery percentage of device at alarm trigger
- Last Status Changed Date - If the status of the alarm was automatically or manually changed it will list the date/time
- Pending Date - Date/Time alarm was pending
- Pending Until - Date/Time until pending clears
- Cleared Date - Date/Time alarm was cleared
- Ignored Date - Date/Time alarm was ignored
- Resolved Date - Date/Time alarm was resolved
- Suspended Date - Date/Time alarm was suspended
- Suspended Until Date - Date/Time until suspension clears
- Time to Resolve (In Minutes) - Amount of time it took for alarm to resolve
Event Log
This will display all alarm status changes associated to the event. (Ex. "Status changed to Resolved on 2/22/25, 2:35 AM by ShadowtrackONE).
Protocol Steps
This will list all alarm steps and cleared steps in order and the information related.
- Alarm/Clear Step: Specifies whether the step is an alarm step or clear step
- Notification type: Send SMS, Send Email, Send Push Notification, Place Call with Delivery Confirmation, Send Message to Device etc.
- Sent to: will list the email address, phone number, etc that the notification was sent to
- Status of the notification (Ex. Completed, Incomplete)
- Date/Time the step was performed
- Rebooted: States whether or not the device was rebooted. This can be implemented within the protocol steps.
The "Suspend" button can be selected if the user have completed all protocol steps. A time (in minutes) can be entered along with a note to suspend the alarm. If the alarm does not clear after the configured suspension time, the alarm will be moved into "Escalated" status.
The "Export" button allows the user to export all details related to the alarm event.
