ShadowVisit Dashboard

The ShadowVisit Dashboard can be found within the Solutions Dashboard under the Community tab. When viewing this tab the following metrics and information can be seen:

ShadowVisit Dashboard

  1. Bar graphs displaying enrollees in all stages of the check-in process
  2. By clicking on any of these bar graphs, a popup window will open, listing all relevant information
  3. Ability to filter information by Enrollee Name, Internal ID, Entity and Assigned User
  4. "Average Completed Check-ins Per Day" can be clicked, providing a list of all completed check-ins
  5. "Average Proximity Per Day" can be clicked, providing a list of all enrollees that were in proximity
  6. The Pie Chart provides a breakdown of Check-Ins by Type. Clicking on any section of the Pie Chart will provide a popup listing data relevant to the check-in type
  7. Data displayed will depend on the user's entity access
