Additional Check-In Types
- You can create custom "Check-In Types" (e.g., Drug Testing, Polygraph, Travel Permits) from this page.
- Relevant questions for these "Check-In Types" can be added in the "Interview Protocol" section of the entity's profile page.
- To assign check-in notifications to someone other than the enrollee's assigned user, you can either create a new check-in type or edit an existing one. When enrollees use the Office Visit button in the EnrolleeApp, they can select multiple check-in types. The app will present the full set of questions for one check-in type before proceeding to the next. All questions and answers are recorded, and all selected check-in types are displayed within the "Ready", "Pending" and "Complete" tabs in the Lobby Status page.
An address must be entered in the entity profile in order to create the GeoZone for enrollees to check in. This can be added in "Settings" > "General Settings" > "Update Address". A radius must also be entered here and cannot be less than 100m.
If an address and radius are not configured in the entity profile, the check-in button will not appear for the enrollee in the EnrolleeApp. If the radius is configured to "0" this will also cause the check-in button not to appear for the enrollee within the EnrolleeApp.
