A metric has been added to the Solutions Dashboard that displays the number of Active, Inventory, and Out of Service units for each hardware type. A filter at the top of the page allows users to view data by Parent Entity and its sub-entities.
Hardware Dashboard
From the Solutions Dashboard, select the "Hardware" tab. Each hardware type is displayed at the top of the dashboard, displaying counts for Active, Inventory and OOS. Selecting a device type displays a bar graph that breaks down the counts by entity. Clicking on a bar in the graph provides detailed information for that category:
- Active: (Green)
- Assigned Enrollee
- Entity
- Parent Entity
- Activated Date
- Inventory: (Blue)
- Entity
- Parent Entity
- Imported Date
- Out of Service (OOS): (Orange)
- Entity
- Parent Entity
- OOS Reason
- OOS Date
Filters
All data displayed can be filtered by the following options:
- Custom - Allows for entry of start date/time and end date/time
- Today - Showing all metrics for that day
- Last 7 days - Showing all metrics over the last 7 days
- Last 30 days - Showing all metrics over the last 30 days
- All Time - Showing all metric data for all time
The Entity dropdown filter allows you to search for a specific entity. All metrics and data are updated to show only information for the selected entity.
Selecting the "Sub-Entities" check box will display all metrics and data for the selected entity and all sub-entities belonging to the selected entity.
Metrics
When selecting a tile, bar graphs will display below, drilling down on the underlying data by entity. Selecting a bar graph will open a pop-up window, further breaking down the data by enrollee, entity, created date, and resolved date.
- Activations - Number of devices activated
- Deactivations - Number of devices deactivated
- Device Com Timeout - Number of Device Com Timeout alarms triggered
- Device Com Timeout Escalated - Number of Device Com Timeout Escalated alarms triggered
- Failed To Charge - Number of Failed to Charge alarms triggered
- Band Tamper - Number of Band Tamper alarms triggered
- Within Exclusion Zone - Number of Within Exclusion Zone alarms triggered
- Outside Inclusion Zone - Number of Outside Inclusion Zone alarms triggered
- Lack Of Motion - Number of Lack Of Motion alarms triggered
- Battery Critical - Number of Battery Critical alarms triggered
- No Location - Number of No Location alarms triggered
- No Location Escalated - Number of No Location Escalated alarms triggered
- Within Exclusion Buffer Zone - Number of Within Exclusion Buffer Zone alarms triggered
- Outside Inclusion Buffer Zone - Number of Outside Inclusion Buffer Zone alarms triggered
