Hardware Dashboard

Hardware Dashboard

A metric has been added to the Solutions Dashboard that displays the number of Active, Inventory, and Out of Service units for each hardware type. A filter at the top of the page allows users to view data by Parent Entity and its sub-entities.

Hardware Dashboard

From the Solutions Dashboard, select the "Hardware" tab. Each hardware type is displayed at the top of the dashboard, displaying counts for Active, Inventory and OOS. By selecting a device type displays a bar graph that breaks down the counts by entity. Clicking on a bar in the graph provides detailed information for that category:
  1. Active: (Green)
    1. Assigned Enrollee
    2. Entity
    3. Parent Entity
    4. Activated Date
  2. Inventory: (Blue)
    1. Entity
    2. Parent Entity
    3. Imported Date
  3. Out of Service (OOS): (Orange)
    1. Entity
    2. Parent Entity
    3. OOS Reason
    4. OOS Date
