Usage Dashboard

1. Simply select a tile by clicking on it.
   
2. Bar graphs will display below, broken down by entities and sub-entities.
   
3. Color legends are provided for each graph, labeling the breakdown.
   
1. Click on the legend to hide or display different data.
4. Selecting a bar graph will display the underlying data.
1. Data for all entities you have access to will be displayed.
   
2. Use the filters to view specific entities, enrollee's, etc.
   
3. Assigned User is displayed in all metrics
   
5. Use the Entity dropdown menu to filter between specific entities

Usage Metrics

1. ShadowVisit - Shows the number of Office Visit check-ins and the number of intake forms submitted during the configured time frame 
   
2. ShadowTest - Shows the number of enrollees on both Inbound and Outbound Drug Testing 
   
3. ShadowCal - Shows the number of Created and Scheduled calendar appointments
   
4. ShadowNotice - Shows the number of SMS/Push/Call notifications, as well as the number of Mass Notifications sent
   
5. ShadowLocate - Shows the number of Scheduled Location Requests 
   
6. ShadowVmail - Shows the number of voicemails sent both by officers and enrollees
   
7. ShadowSchedule - Shows the number of Curfew Outbound, Curfew Inbound, and Interview Schedules
   
8. ShadowFace - Shows the number of Scheduled Facial Recognition calls
   
9. ShadowVoice - Shows the number of Scheduled Voice Verification calls
   
10. ShadowMeet - Shows the number of completed ShadowMeet calls
    
11. ShadowMessage - Shows the number of messages sent by both officers and enrollees
    
12. ShadowResource - Shows the number of resources clicked within the EnrolleeApp
    
13. ShadowBriety - Shows the number of Scheduled Sobriety calls
    
14. ShadowIncentive - Shows the number of incentives sent through the EnrolleeApp
    
15. ShadowScan - Shows the number of scanned documents sent by enrollees
    
16. ShadowNotes - Shows the number of Notes created
    
17. ShadowPersistent - Shows the number of Persistent Locations performed both with and without Facial 
    
18. ShadowCredentials - Shows the number of enrollees who used the "Need Credentials?" button on the EnrolleeApp login screen
    
19. Active - Shows the number of active enrollees, inmates, correctional officers, and victim profiles
    
20. Phone Types - Shows the number of enrollee profiles based on phone type
    
21. Enrollees - Shows the number of Logged-In and Not Logged-In enrollees with EnrolleeApp as their listed phone type, app version and OS version
    
22. ShadowAlertness Logins - Shows the number of Correctional Officer logins using the ShadowAlertness solution for inmate hospital stays

The Usage Dashboard is only visible to user roles with TenantAdmin access.

The enrollee's OS version is obtained during EnrolleeApp login. If an enrollee updates their OS version after logging in, the OS version displayed may be outdated.

Within the "Enrollees Not Logged In" metric, the list of enrollees can be exported and the spreadsheet will list the "Logged Out Date/Time".  Mobile Without App and Landline enrollees will not show in this report since they are not utilizing EnrolleeApp. Enrollees who have no phone type selected within their profile will populate on this report, and the column labeled "Phone Type" will be blank. Filters can be used populate specific data before exporting the report.
