Failed Officer Check-In Notifications

To ensure a supervisor(s) is notified when an officer fails to check in, the recipient contact information must be entered at the entity level.

To set this up:
  1. Go to the entity profile you would like to set this up for
    1. This can only be accessed by tenant admins
  2. Go to the Settings>Service Settings>ShadowAlertness sub-tab
  3. You can enter one or more recipients to be notified with each level of escalation when an officer fails to check-in


Adding a Recipient

To add a recipient:
  1. Select the +Recipient button at the desired level. The recipients entered will be notified beginning with level 1 all the way up to level 5.
  2. Enter the recipient name, email, SMS phone number, and/or TTS phone number, select save
    1. The system will contact the recipient using all of the options entered here
  3.  Once the officer checks in, the escalation stops and no other recipient levels will be notified
