Receiving Notifications

When Do I Receive Notifications

You may receive a notification at any time. You may receive notifications for the following reasons:
  1. Reminder for an upcoming appointment
  2. Reminder for an upcoming interview
  3. Your officer may choose to send you a notification at their discretion
  4. Any time you log out of the app. The notification will direct you to log back in
  5. Any time you miss a curfew or facial alert, this will be followed up by a text and call notification so that you can respond immediately

How Will I Receive These Notifications

All TTS notifications will come from the Shadowtrack toll-free number 1-866-283-5113. All text notifications will come from Shadowtrack's SMS phone number 1-888-611-7830.

All Mobile with App users will receive notifications via Push Notification. If Push Notification cannot be completed, SMS and then TTS will take place in descending order if a phone number is configured.
You may receive notifications in one of the following methods:
  1. Mobile phone with the EnrolleeAPP Installed
    1. Push Notification in the App
    2. Text
    3. Email
    4. TTS (An automated voice message that plays when you answer the phone)
  2. Mobile Phone without the EnrolleeApp Installed
    1. Text
    2. Email
    3. TTS (An automated voice message that plays when you answer the phone)
  3. Landline
    1. TTS (An automated voice message that plays when you answer the phone)
Alert
If you are not receiving text messages from Shadowtrack, your cellular carrier may be blocking those messages. Please text the word START to 1-888-611-7830.

How do I View New Notifications on the EnrolleeApp

If your officer decides to send you a push notification through the EnrolleeApp, you will experience the following:
  1. You will hear a ringing noise on your mobile phone
  2. You will see the notification displayed on the main notifications document of your mobile device
  3. You will also see an alert displayed in the EnrolleeApp
  4. You can either tap on the alert or open the app and tap the bell icon
  5. The bell icon on the app displays all current (unread) and previous (read) notifications
