Setting up Automated Email Reports for Drug Testing
Benefits to Receiving an Automated Email
The ShadowTest service allows users to schedule notifications for enrollees when they want them to report for drug testing. Shadowtrack has two options for users to view a report of the enrollees that were notified to report for testing.
- To manually view a report, officers can run the Color Code Report. For details on how to run this report, please refer to the article here.
- To receive an automated report, a setting at the entity level must be enabled. Please refer to the section below for instructions on how to set this up.
The benefits to setting up an automated report for drug testing are:
- Multiple users can receive the report simultaneously.
- External users who do not log into Shadowtrack can receive these notifications.
Setting up the Automated Email at the Entity Level
- Go to the desired entity "Profile" > "Settings" tab
- Then "Service Settings" > "Mobile"
- Scroll down to the "Drug Test Report" section toward the bottom of the page
- Here you can set the following:
- Send Email At - Time to send the email
- Recipients - You can add as many email addresses here as you like. Be sure to use a semi colon after each name
