Setting up an Enrollee on Outbound Drug Testing

Setting up an Enrollee on Outbound Drug Testing

What is Outbound Drug Testing

Shadowtrack offers two methods to notify the enrollee it is time to report for a drug test. One is inbound, the other is outbound. The inbound method is the preferred method for enrollees using the EnrolleeApp, however, the outbound method is available for enrollees using a landline or non smart telephone to be notified if they have to report for drug testing.  The outbound option sends an outbound notification to the enrollee when they have to report for a drug test.
Info
For additional details and instructions on inbound drug testing, please refer to the article here
Alert
When configuring drug testing for an enrollee with a CORIS ID, the Outbound Notification Type is preset and cannot be configured or changed.

Alert
For probationers enrolled in Outbound Drug Testing before this configuration, the enrollee may still receive SMS notifications instead of EnrolleeApp push notifications for Drug Testing. To resolve this, change the enrollee’s method to Inbound, select Save, and then switch back to Outbound. This will update the notification type to EnrolleeApp push notifications.
