Review Drug Testing Results and History Tabs
Drug Test History
The Drug Testing History tab in ShadowtrackONE provides a record of the assignment and modification history of drug test templates for each enrollee. It shows specific details such as the times and dates templates were assigned or changed, the duration of each assignment, and the individuals responsible for each action.
Accessing Enrollee Drug History
- Use the search bar or select the Enrollees tab in the Navigational Menu to select the profile you wish to view.
- Select the Services tab in the top row of tabs located below the enrollee's name.
- Select the Drug Testing tab.
- Select the History sub-tab.
- Here you will find detailed information relating to each assigned template for that enrollee.
Drug Test Results
The Drug Test Results tab provides a record of the scheduled drug tests and relative information. Some of this information is automatically input based on the scheduled template, while other fields are fillable for the officer to configure.
Accessing Enrollee Drug Results
- Use the search bar or select the Enrollees tab in the Navigational Menu to select the profile you wish to view.
- Select the "Services" tab in the top row of tabs located below the enrollee's name.
- Select the "Drug Testing" tab.
- Select the "Results" sub-tab.
- Here you will find information such as notification type, scheduled date, color code, assigned template and complete status auto-filled.
- The other fields that are fillable include status, date collected, excused, specimen level, notes and created by. These fields can be filled in by the officer correlating the relevant information.
Exporting Drug Test Results
- Select the "Services" tab in the top row of tabs located below the enrollee's name.
- Select the "Drug Testing" tab.
- Select the "Results" sub-tab.
- Choose from either Excel or PDF format and click "Export"
- Your report has been downloaded and you are able to view/print it.

For inbound drug testing enrollee's, a log of the enrollee's check-in history can be found in the enrollee profile by selecting "Notifications" > "Inbound Drug Testing".

When viewing within the "Results" tab, the column labeled "Complete" indicates the delivery of outbound notifications, and indicates the delivery AND acknowledgment of inbound notifications.

Only the initial notification will be listed in the Color Code Reports. Subsequent notification attempts are not listed for the same event.

Future calls can be canceled within the enrollee's "Notifications" tab by selecting the cancel symbol.
