Creating/Understanding Drug Testing Templates
Create a Drug Test Template

Creating and modifying drug test templates are features that are only available to tenant admins and users with certain permissions. If you do not have access to the templates tab, located in the left navigational menu, please contact your entity admin to request access to drug test templates.
To create a Drug Testing template, follow the steps below:
- Select the Templates tab from the left navigational menu.
- Select the Notifications Templates Tab > then Drug Testing sub tab
- To create a new template, select the + Drug Test Template button.
Template Details
The Drug Testing Template page will be displayed to fill in the following fields:
Template Name - It is recommended to include the frequency of the template in the Template Name for easy identification when assigning the template to an Enrollee. (Ex - Bi Weekly)
Suggested Cap - This field is not required. It is a read only field used to indicate the maximum number of enrollees you would like assigned to the template.
Entities - Choose one or more entities to share the template with. You will only have access to share the template with entities below your own.
Disable Voice Verification – This only applies to outbound drug tests. When Yes is selected, the Enrollee will not be required to verify their voice when receiving the notification for Drug Testing.
Disable Location Verification – This only applies to enrollees using inbound drug testing that check in via the EnrolleeApp.
Description – (Internal Message) A brief description of the template. This information is displayed when you assign the template to the Enrollee.
The Call Window Start/Call Window End – The call window specifies the time frame the enrollee will receive an outbound notification (if placed on outbound drug testing) or can check in via the EnrolleeApp (if placed on inbound drug testing).
Drug Testing - Color - Allows you to associate a color with the template if desired
English Message Text – This is the message the Enrollee sees or hears when they are told to report for Drug Testing.
Spanish Message Text – This is the message the Enrollee sees or hears when they are told to report for Drug Testing and their language is set to Spanish
English/Spanish No Test Message Text (Inbound Only) - This setting is only applicable for those enrollees placed on inbound drug testing. This message is displayed on the days the enrollee does not report for testing. This ensures the enrollee does not get confused if they select the drug test button on the day they were previously told to report for a drug test. The verbiage for this message should say something like, Ex - "If you received a message yesterday to report for a drug test today, please do so. Otherwise, you do not have to report for a test today."
Scheduling Type
The Scheduling Type allows you to designate the frequency of notifications.
Your options are as follows:
- Fixed Pattern – This designates a recurring set pattern like daily, weekly, monthly, never, etc.
- Enter the recurrence start date to indicate when you want notifications to begin.
- Ends - Indicates when the notifications end like never, after so many occurrences, or on a certain date.
- Randomly Selected - This designates a random recurring period.
- Period Type - Weekly or Monthly
- Periods per Recurrence - Ex - (1) means this recurs every 1 week or 1 month depending on the period
- Calls Per Recurrence - Indicates how many times you want the enrollee to report for testing during the period
- Period Start Date - When the recurring period starts
- Applicable Days of the Week - Allows you to choose which days will be selected during the recurrence period
- If you choose all 7 days and then enter only 2 calls per recurrence, the application will randomly choose two of the seven days every week. This allows you to have random testing days every week or month
- Fixed Days - Displays a calendar that allows to pick specific dates for testing

Fixed Pattern scheduling can result in enrollees learning the pattern and frequency, so it is recommended to use the Random or Fixed Days scheduling types instead.
Select Save. Your template will now be displayed in the list of templates shown on the templates tab.
