Viewing the Drug Testing (Color Code) Report

Viewing the Drug Testing (Color Code) Report

Overview

The drug testing (Color Code) report allows you to view both the notifications already sent to enrollees and all scheduled notifications based on assigned templates. This can be accessed through the Reports tab on the left navigational menu, under the Color Code tab. This section contains two sub-tabs: Calendar (default) and List. Both views ultimately provide the same report but with different visual presentations.

Accessing the Color Code Report

  1. Navigate to the Reports tab:
    • Locate and click on the Reports tab in the left navigational menu.
  2. Select the Color Code tab:
    • Under the Reports section, click on the Color Code tab.

Calendar View

Description

The Calendar tab is the default view and displays all drug test notifications scheduled for each month.

Features

  • Entity and Template Filters:

    • At the top of the calendar, you can filter by a specific entity (if you have access to multiple entities) and by specific templates. The default entity is your own, and if no template is specified, notifications for all templates will be displayed.
  • Viewing Notifications:

    • Click on any day in the calendar that displays notifications. A window will open showing:
      • All enrollees who received the notification
      • Internal ID
      • Notification Type (e.g., SMS, Call). If the notification is inbound, this will be listed as the Type
      • Scheduled Date/Time of the notification
      • Template Name
      • Notification Status (Complete for outbound if delivered, Complete for inbound if the enrollee viewed the message)
Notes
Only the initial notification will be listed in the Color Code Reports. Subsequent attempt notifications are not listed for the same event.
Info
Notification Type will be blank if the notification has not yet been sent. This is due to the possibility of the template being changed.
  • Exporting Data:

    • Within the notification window, you have the ability to export the data.
  • Sending Mass Notifications:

    • From this window, you can also send a mass notification to all enrollees scheduled to receive the drug testing notification. For example, this can be used to notify everyone on a specific template of an office closure.
