Granting Permission to Modify Drug Testing Templates
Introduction
In the ShadowtrackONE platform, drug testing templates help maintain consistency. By assigning specific permissions, you can ensure that only designated individuals can create and edit these templates.
Enabling Permissions for a User
To enable the required permission for a user, follow these steps:
- Search for the user by name and open their profile.
- Navigate to the Settings tab.
- Locate the option labeled "Alter Drug Test Template Permissions" and select Yes.
- Click Save to apply the changes.

A TenantAdmin must enable this permission for a user. Users cannot give themselves access to this setting. If the permission is not enabled, the user will be able to view and assign templates that are shared with them, but cannot edit or create templates.
