Reviewing Interview Compliance and Exceptions
Understanding Interview Compliance and Exceptions
The enrollee must complete the interview session in the alloted time designated on the schedule to remain compliant. If the enrollee responds to any of the interviews questions with a yes, a follow up question will be asked that requires them to report additional information to their assigned user. This is considered an interview exception. Interview exception reports are available so that users can review and document this newly obtained information.
The results of the interview sessions are recorded and can be reviewed in the following places in the application:
- The interview call is noted on the enrollee profile via the compliance
- The interview exceptions are recorded on the assigned user's profile via the
- A report is available on the reports>interview exceptions tab tab that lists all interview exceptions

Incomplete Interviews will be listed in RED within the enrollees Compliance Tab.
Reviewing Interview Exceptions for All Enrollees on a User's Caseload
- Go to the user's profile by searching for them in the main search field
- Select the Exceptions tab
- You will see two sub tabs here
- Not Reviewed - New exceptions you have not reviewed
- Reviewed - Reviewed exceptions
- To review your exceptions, select the review icon
- This will open a dialogue box that allows you to
- Translate the message, especially helpful with non english speakers
- Append your own notes
- Select Add, the exception will move over to the reviewed tab
Reviewing Interview Exceptions for One Enrollee
Go to the enrollee profile>Compliance tab
Here you will find the interview call along with the call details including
number of exception responses
total number of questions/total answered
compliance result indicating of the enrollee passed verification or missed the interview
disposition which details the call result
the location result indicating where the enrollee was when the interview was completed
select the location pin icon to view the location on a map
Double click the call to review the exception
You can add your notes here and view the exception results along with all of the other call details
Reviewing the Interview Exception Report
- Go to the reports tab located on the main navigational menu
- Select the interview exceptions tab
- You can view, search, and export all enrollees you have access to here

For weekly and biweekly interview schedules, only the most recently missed interview can be made up and completed.
