Interview Exceptions Report

Accessing the Interview Exceptions Report

To view and manage the Interview Exceptions Report, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Reports Section:

    • From the left navigational menu, click on the Reports tab.
  2. Select the Interview Exceptions Tab:

    • Within the Reports section, locate and click on the Interview Exceptions tab.

Understanding the Interview Exceptions Report

In the Interview Exceptions tab, you will find the following information displayed for each record:

  • Date Created: The date and time when the exception was recorded.
  • Enrollee Name: The name of the enrollee associated with the exception.
  • Internal ID: The internal identification number for the enrollee.
  • Entity: The entity associated with the enrollee.
  • Assigned User: The user assigned to the enrollee.
  • Question: The question that was asked during the interview.
  • Exception: The nature of the exception encountered.
  • Transcription: A transcription of the enrollees answer to the question.

Exporting the Interview Exceptions Report

To export the Interview Exceptions Report:

  1. Click on the Export Button:

    • Locate and click the Export button within the Interview Exceptions tab.
  2. Export Limitations:

    • Note that exporting more than 20,000 rows is not allowed. To ensure your export stays within this limit, use the search criteria to filter and limit the number of rows.
