Reactivate an Enrollee/Update Active Dates

Reactivate an Enrollee that is Inactive in the ShadowtrackOne Platform

To reactivate an enrollee, follow the steps below.

  1. Search for the desired enrollee by name using the universal search.
  2. Once on the enrollee profile, click on the Profile tab > "Basic Information tab" > "Enrollment Information" tab.
  3. Select the "Update Active Dates" button.
  4. Input the start date by selecting the calendar.
  5. Select the date and time that the account should be made active.
  6. Select "Save"
  7. Once active, it will state Yes under the word Active below the Basic Information tab. 

Updating an Enrollee's Active Date

To update an enrollee's active date follow the same above steps. If there is a specified end date you may enter it or edit it here as well. If there is no end date, leave blank.

Warning
If the enrollee has a schedule that has already been assigned, the following message will appear when updating the active date: "Please note that the enrollee's schedule will not begin until tomorrow, as the start time for today has already passed. If you wish to schedule a call for today, please create a one-time schedule."
