The Profile tab within the enrollee profile will display information such as Basic Info, Case Details, Enrollment Information and Phone Services. Below are all of the fields displayed in each of these sections and subtabs.
- First, Middle, and Last Name

- Primary ID (SSN)

The "Edit" button can be selected to configure any fields within this section. Selecting the "Edit" button and then clicking on the enrollment image will allow you to clear the existing image, or upload an image into the platform.

Cases
Select "+Case" to add the following case information in the automated pop-up
- Case ID Number
- Start Date
- End Date
- +Offense
- Select Offense from the dropdown list
- Enter optional Offense details. These offenses (s) will be listed in order of creation. Highlight the offense by single-clicking, and delete using the "Delete" button, or double-click the offense to change any details.
- Select "Save"
- Select the "Files" icon to add case files or view already uploaded files.
- Active (Yes or No)
- Active Start Date
- Active End Date
- Enrollment Password (EnrolleeApp only)
- Date of Voice Enrollment (EnrolleeApp only)
- Date of Facial Enrollment (EnrolleeApp only)
- TFN Opt Out Date (Mobile W/O App and EnrolleeApp) (Indicates that the enrollee opted out of automated SMS messages)
- Show History (Displays all Active Status History, including Active Start/End date/time and entity)
- Update Active Dates (Allows you to configure start and end dates and times)
- Reset Enrollment (Clear out existing Voice Enrollment. This will prompt the enrollee to complete new voice enrollment upon calling in for Landline or Mobile W/O App, or opening the EnrolleeApp)
- Enrollment Form (Download the enrollment form to give to the enrollee. The information on this form will be specific to the enrollee's phone type.)
- Export Profile (Download and Export all enrollee information in the Basic Information, Details, and Cases sections)
Phone Service
- Current
- Displays title, phone type, phone number, and primary (yes or no)
- "+Phone" (Allows you to add a phone name, phone type, phone number, primary phone (yes or no), and disabled (yes or no)
- "Audit" (Allows you to select a phone number from the list by single-clicking, selecting the "audit" button, and viewing creation information, as well as any changes that have been performed)
- Previously Used
- Displays all previously used phone numbers and associated information
- "Audit" (Allows you to view all relevant information associated with each phone number)
- EnrolleeApp Info
- Displays the following information, app permissions, and phone restrictions:
- Phone Type
- OS and App Versions
- Precise Location (enabled or disabled)
- Location Services (enabled or disabled)
- Physical Activity (enabled or disabled)
- Low Data Mode (enabled or disabled)
- Background App Refresh (enabled or disabled)
- WiFi (active or not active)
- Bluetooth (on or off)
- Cellular Data (enabled or disabled)
- VPN Connected (yes or no)
