Deactivate an Enrollee That Is Active

Deactivate an Enrollee that is Active in the ShadowtrackOne Platform

To deactivate an enrollee, follow the steps below. 


  1. Search for the desired enrollee by name using the universal search.
  2. Once on the enrollee profile, click on the Profile tab> Basic Information tab> Enrollment Information tab.
  3. Select the Update Active Dates button.
  4. Input the end date by selecting the calendar.
  5. Select the date and time that the account should be made inactive. 
  6. Once inactive, it will state No under the word Active below the Basic Information
    tab. 

InfoIf an enrollee has both hardware and phone services, when unassigning the hardware, a message will appear stating "Do you want to disable phone services?". If "yes" is selected, the enrollee account will be deactivated. If "no" is selected, the enrollee account and phone services will remain active.
Before deactivating an enrollee in the ShadowtrackONE platform, remove any/all assigned users from the enrollee's profile.
The enrollee's account will only be deactivated if the end date is specified. 
Hardware Enrollees Only: Users cannot enter an Active End Date if hardware is assigned.
