The Quick Links Icon, or Globe Icon, provides the user with helpful tools within one space. The Quick Links Icon offers several solutions for both EnrolleeApp and Non-EnrolleeApp enrollees. The Quick Links Icon is also located in both the Enrollee Dashboard as well as the individual enrollee profile.
Quick Links (Globe Icon)
The Quick Links Icon can be accessed from the Enrollee Dashboard within the row of each enrollee listed. Additionally, the Quick Links Icon is also available at the top left of each enrollee's profile page. The following solutions are available within the Quick Links Icon.
- Enroll or Update: Allows the user to update the existing enrollee profile by phone type, phone number, language and Facial Only (Hearing Impaired). After selecting save, the user can choose to update the enrollee's schedule using templates. Interview, Curfew and Drug testing schedules can be configured or updated from here.
- Messages: Allows the user to interact with the enrollee using the ShadowMessage solution. ShadowMessage is a real-time messaging solution that mimics that over text messaging. (EnrolleeApp only)
- Video Call: Allows the user to interact with the enrollee using ShadowMeet. ShadowMeet is a two-video calling solution that allows enrollees and users to communicate through video, and capturing a location when the enrollee accepts the video call. (EnrolleeApp only)
- Location Request: Allows the user to send a Silent Location, Location with Voice Verification or Location with Facial Verification. The status of these locations can be found in the enrollee's Compliance Tab. (EnrolleeApp Only)
- Notes: Allows the user to add Notes which will then be stored in the enrollee's Notes tab within their profile.
- Notification: Allows the user to configure a notification to be sent to the enrollee. A template can be used, as well as set up a one-time or recurring notification. Multiple enrollees can be added to the notification to cut the need to send individual notifications.
- Voicemail: Allows enrollees and users to communicate via two-way voicemail. (EnrolleeApp Only)
- Calendar: Allows the user to create and schedule appointments for the enrollee. If the enrollee is using the EnrolleeApp a Push Notification will be sent through the app upon creation, as well as 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Incentives: Allows the user to send Incentive Badges to EnrolleeApp enrollees, congratulating and encouraging positive progress.
The "EnrolleeApp Only" solutions will not display if EnrolleeApp is not selected as the enrollee's phone service.
