Add or Edit a Phone Number for an Enrollee

Accessing the Enrollee Phone Number

You can add or update a phone number for an enrollee in one of two ways:
  1. Using the globe icon (portal) from the main enrollee list
No Phone Service Currently Selected - If an enrollee is not assigned to a phone service such as Mobile With App, Mobile Without App, or Landline, the application will display "No Mobile Service Currently Selected" under the Phone Service tab.
  1. Go to the Enrollees tab from the main navigational menu
  2. Select the globe icon next to the desired enrollee 
  3. You will see window open. Select the Enroll or Update tile
  4. You can either enter a new number or edit the existing number. Select Next
    1. To enter a new number
      1. Choose the phone type
        1. Mobile with App should be selected for any enrollee with a smartphone
      2. Enter the number
      3. Select if they are Hearing Impaired
      4. If they are English or Spanish
      5. Select Next
  5. Select Exit if you are done
    1. Otherwise, select Continue to add a schedule for the enrollee in the next step if desired
If you enter or edit a phone that is set as a Mobile with App type, the enrollee will receive an automated text with their credentials to log into the EnrolleeApp.

Adding/Editing the Enrollee Phone Number From the Enrollee Profile

  1. Use the search bar at the top right of the application to go to the desired enrollee's profile. 
      1. Select the Profile tab
      2. Select Basic Information Tab
      3. Select Edit
      4. Enter the number
      5. Save
