Adding Notes to an Enrollee's Profile

Purpose of Notes

ShadowNotes allows users to enter free handed notes into the enrollee's profile to document important information. The notes are time and date stamped along with a record of the user's name that entered the note. These notes can automatically be sent over to any case management system. 

Accessing Notes

Officers can manually enter notes in the enrollee profile in one of two ways:
  1. The Quick Links (globe) icon located on both the main Enrollees tab and the top of each enrollee's profile
  2. The "Notes" tab located on each enrollee's profile

Entering Notes

  1. Select the "Notes" tile under the quick links menu; OR select the "Notes" tab on the enrollee profile
  2. Next, select a contact type from the drop down if applicable, then enter your notes

Exporting Notes

  1. All notes for enrollees can be viewed on the "Notes" tab on the enrollee profile,
  2. You can also export and delete notes from this page

Automated Notes

Notes are also entered automatically into an enrollee's profile within the platform. EnrolleeApp log outs, interview questions and answers, and failures to send are examples of things automatically added into their notes. These are also listed in the "Notes" section of the enrollee's profile.
