Enrollee Dashboard Page

The Enrollee Dashboard displays enrollee profiles as well as various information. The Enrollee Dashboard is helpful in quickly identifying active alarms, battery status and other important information.

Enrollee Dashboard

When viewing the Enrollee Dashboard the following information displays:
  1. "Assigned to Me" tab

    1. This tab will list all enrollees assigned to the logged in user. There is an "Active" tab listing all active enrollees assigned to the user, as well as the "Inactive
      " tab listing all inactive enrollees the user is assigned to. 
    2. Enrollees are listed in alphabetical order by last name, with the enrollee name hyperlinked, allowing for quick and easy one-click profile access.
    3. Enrollee name, entity, alarms and device/EnrolleeApp info are all listed within each row.
    4. The Officer Portal (Globe Icon) is displayed in the enrollee row. This is ONLY displayed if the enrollee is utilizing a Phone Service.
    5. The Transfer button (Arrows Icon) is displayed in the enrollee row.
    6. A Last Location icon will also be listed if using GPS hardware or the EnrolleeApp. For EnrolleeApp enrollees, a location point will be obtained with any EnrolleeApp interaction. (Ex. Viewing Appoints, viewing drug test notifications, sending or listening to voicemails, etc.)
    7. "Show Filters" allows the user to choose from the following filters:
      1. Enrollee, Language, Entity, Assigned User, Email, Phone Type, Logged In Status (When EnrolleeApp is selected in Phone Type), Drug Test Template and Hardware type.
    8. The "Apply Filter" button applies any filters selected and populates all enrollees that meet the search criteria. The "Reset Filters" button clears previously selected filters for a fresh start.
    9. "Select All" highlights all enrollees within the list, and when "Mass Notification" is clicked after "Select All", all highlighted enrollees will be listed within the Mass Notification enrollee section. To learn more about Mass Notifications read the article here.
    10. "+Enrollee
      " allows the user to create a new enrollee profile using the simple 4-step enrollment wizard.
  2. "Active" tab 

    1. This tab lists all active enrollees within the user's entity. 
    2. The "Show Filters", "Select All", "+Enrollee" and "Mass Notifications" buttons are also available in this tab.
      1. "Export" allows the user to export all enrollees active (1500 max per export), or filter by certain criteria and export only those enrollees. The exported report will provide Enrollee Name, Internal ID, Voice Enrollment Date, Enrollee ID, Active Start Date, Assigned User, Entity, DOB, Gender, Phone Type, Template and Case ID Number.
    3. Enrollees are listed in alphabetical order by last name, with the enrollee name hyperlinked, allowing for quick and easy one-click profile access.
    4. Enrollee name, entity, alarms and device/EnrolleeApp info are all listed within each row.

  3. "Map" tab 

  1. The dropdown allows the user to choose between "All Active" or "Assigned Enrollees".
  2. The Entity dropdown will list any sub-entities below your entity when selecting "All Active", and allow the user to view their enrollee location map and data.
  3. By selecting an Enrollee's location point on the map, the Enrollee's name and last location date and time will display. 
  4. By clicking on the arrow at the bottom left of the box, a window will display listing the Enrollee's name, Date/Time, Battery percentage of the assigned device, as well as any alarm information that may be associated with the last location point.

The Enrollees, Entity and Alarms columns can be sorted by selecting the arrows above the list of enrollees. Clicking once will show the arrow pointing up meaning ascending order by alphabet or number of alarms. Clicking twice will show the arrow down meaning descending order by alphabet or number of alarms.

Within the search bar at the top-right of the page, enrollees can be searched by Enrollee ID, CORIS ID, Enrollee Name, Enrollee Email, Enrollee Phone Number, Case ID and SSN (last 4 digits).
