ShadowAlertness: Downloading & Logging into the App
ShadowAlertness is a solution that provides improved accuracy when officers are supervising inmates while receiving hospital treatment. Upon the officer logging in, a prompt will pop up allowing the officer to select the hospital name, floor and room number that they will be supervising the inmate in. If the information isn't listed in the dropdown selection, the officer may choose "Other" and manually enter the relevant information.
Downloading the APP
Go to the app/play store and search for the EnrolleeApp.
Download the EnrolleeAPP on the device that the Officer will use during their shift.

ShadowAlertness is only accessible through iOS.

Link to download EnrolleeApp can be directly accessed below:

To begin checking in, the Officer must log into the app with their login credentials (ID and Password).
Locating the Officer's ID and Password
The Officer's ID is directly under the Officer's name at the top of their profile.
The Password is located on the "History" > "Enrollment" tabs on the Officer's profile.
A text of the credentials will be sent to the phone number listed.
Log into the EnrolleeAPP
Enter the numeric ID and password on the login screen.
You will then select the hospital, floor and room number. If the hospital information is not listed, selecting "Other" will allow the officer to manually enter in the required information. This is for Hospital Name, Floor and Room number.
You will be prompted to take a facial photo of the inmate you are supervising.
Upon logging in, you will see the "Check-In" button.
After logging in, the officer can change hospital information by selecting the three dots at the top right of the check-in screen. This is useful in the event that the inmate changes rooms, floors, or even hospitals. All information is recorded within ShadowtrackONE.
