Location Report

How to Generate and Download a Location Report

Within the Enrollee’s Profile


  1. Navigate to the History tab of the enrollee.
  2. Then, select the Locations sub-tab.
  3. Click on the Export button.

  1. In the pop-up window, either enter the desired date range or select All Locations.
  2. Press the Export button at the bottom of the pop-up window.
  3. A location report will be generated and automatically downloaded as either a PDF or an Excel spreadsheet:
    1. Reports with fewer than 200 location points will be in PDF format.
    2. Reports with 200 or more location points will be in Excel format.
