Understanding & Exporting an Enrollee's Compliance Report

The compliance report does not include GPS hardware alarms or GPS location data.
The compliance report includes any and all activity related to the EnrolleeApp and landline services, including:
Enrollment
Curfew
Interview (Self Report)
Voice and Facial Recognition
Location Requests
EnrolleeApp Login and Logout Activity
All EnrolleeApp Location Data
Chat Sessions
Video Calls
Sobriety tests including BAC Scores
Travel Pass
Zone (Persistent Location and shows Enter/Exit Zone)
Receiving Automated Compliance Reports
You must ensure the user's profile settings have been enabled to receive an automatic email for all compliance.
How to Enable Automatic Compliance Reports:
- Search for the desired user from the universal search field in the application
On the user's profile, select the Settings tab.
Next, select Yes to enable the setting > Receive Email Notifications.
Choose an Email Delivery Schedule
Instantly
Daily
Weekly
Monthly
Select Save
Exporting a Compliance Report for One Enrollee
A compliance report for an individual enrollee can be exported within the enrollee's profile.
Search for the desired enrollee from the universal search field in the application.
On the enrollee's profile, select the History > Compliance tab
- Select Show Filters to filter the data as desired
- Select the Export button to download a PDF report
Exporting a Non-Compliance Report for Your Caseload
A non-compliance report for a user's entire caseload can be generated from the user's profile.
Search for the desired user by name.
On the user's profile, go to the Non-Compliances tab.
Users can review calls by double-clicking or selecting the note icon to add notes.
You can also export this report by selecting the Export Calls button.

Compliance documents only export up to 250 alerts. To stay within the 250 limit, documents can be filtered and exported for 3-4 months.
