Understanding & Exporting an Enrollee's Compliance Report

The compliance report does not include GPS hardware alarms or GPS location data.
The compliance report includes any and all activities related to the EnrolleeApp, Mobile withou App and landline services, including:
  1. Enrollment
  2. Curfew
  3. Interview (Self Report)
  4. Voice and Facial Recognition
  5. Location Requests 
  6. EnrolleeApp Login and Logout Activity
  7. All EnrolleeApp Location Data
  8. Chat Sessions
  9. Video Calls
  10. Sobriety Tests including BAC Scores
  11. Travel Pass
  12. Zone (Persistent Location and shows Enter/Exit Zone)

Info
When double-clicking on a call row and viewing the event details window, the call image will display alongside the enrollment image. IF a call image fails and another successful image is obtained for the same call, the failed image is removed and only the successful attempt is displayed. 

Receiving Automated Compliance Reports

You must ensure the user's profile settings have been enabled to receive an automatic email for all compliance. 

How to Enable Automatic Compliance Reports:

  1. Search for the desired user from the universal search field in the application
  2. On the user's profile, select the Settings tab.
  3. Next, select Yes to enable the setting > Receive Email Notifications.
  4. Choose an Email Delivery Schedule
    1. Instantly
    2. Daily
    3. Weekly
    4. Monthly
  5. Select Save

Exporting a Compliance Report for One Enrollee

A compliance report for an individual enrollee can be exported within the enrollee's profile.
  1. Search for the desired enrollee from the universal search field in the application.
  2. On the enrollee's profile, select the History > Compliance tab
  3. Select Show Filters to filter the data as desired
  4. Select the Export button to download a PDF report

Exporting a Non-Compliance Report for Your Caseload

A non-compliance report for a user's entire caseload can be generated from the user's profile.
  1. Search for the desired user by name.
  2. On the user's profile, go to the Non-Compliances tab.
  3. Users can review calls by double-clicking or selecting the note icon to add notes.
  4. You can also export this report by selecting the Export Calls button.
Alert
Compliance documents only export up to 250 alerts. To stay within the 250 limit, documents can be filtered and exported for 3-4 months.
