Reviewing Location Data for the EnrolleeApp

Reviewing Location History

In order to review location data for a specific enrollee:
Notes
The location data will not show up on the locations tab until the call or event is complete
  1. Search for the Enrollee by Name
  2. Go to the "Locations" > "History" tab
  3. The location history tab shows the last 5 obtained location points by default
    1. The default for EnrolleeApp is the last 5 locations. The default for hardware is the last 200 locations.
  4. Each location point displays the following:
    1. Time/date location point obtained
    2. Type of EnrolleeApp communication (Ex) Log into/out of app, curfew verifications, entering/exiting specified zones, etc
    3. Accuracy ( 1 - 9.99 meters High Accuracy, 10 - 199.99 meters Medium Accuracy, 200+ meters Low Accuracy) If the accuracy value is less than 0, no location is obtained.
    4. Zone Status - Indicates if the enrollee was inside or outside of their designated zone when the location was obtained 
    5. Address Button - This button will take you to Google maps to view the location and the address
    6. Battery and Charging Status of the mobile device

Filtering Location Data and Map Features

  1. Use the Date Range field on this page to filter by a specific date frame
  2. Select the Show All Locations button to view all tracking history within the specified date frame
  3. Use the Playback Locations button to view a playback of each location within the specified date frame
  4.  The Map and Satellite views can be accessed from the button located in the upper right hand corner of the map
  5. The Street View can be utilized by clicking on the yellow man located on the lower right hand corner of the map. Drag the man over the are on the map you would like to see the street view for.
  6. Use the Full Screen view by selecting the square icon in the upper right hand corner of the map

Exporting Location Data

  1. Select the "Export" button located right under the Date Range field
  2. You have the option to export All Locations or locations within a Specified Date Frame
  3. The data will be exported to an excel spreadsheet. All locations obtained during EnrolleeApp interactions are included in the report. The column "Zone Status" will reflect if there was or was not a zone violation during the location retrieval. These will be listed as "Zone Violation", "No Zone Violation", or "N/A" if the obtained location is not compared against a zone. 
  4. You can export a PDF report if the data is less than 500 points

Viewing Location Data for Multiple Enrollees

The Map on the enrollees tab displays the last obtained location for enrollees you have access to
  1. Go to the "Enrollees" Tab from the main navigational menu
  2. Select the "Map" sub tab 
  3. Here you will have the option to filter by "Assigned Enrollees" or All "Active Enrollees"

A lat/lon is retrieved for all location points obtained for both iOS and Android.
Info
Anywhere a location point is displayed within the ShadowtrackONE platform can be clicked, and a new browser tab will open. This tab will display the lat/lon in Google Maps.
Alert
Always be sure that the Enrollee has the latest version of the EnrolleeApp downloaded. It is best to encourage enrollee's to turn on Automatic Updates for the EnrolleeApp.
