Create an Interview Schedule
Create an Interview Schedule Using a Template
Interview schedule templates are created at the entity level. If you do not have access to any templates, please contact your administrator.
All verifications are defaulted to Facial Verification (ShadowFace). Voice Verification (ShadowVoice) will initiate in the event that a facial verification fails, or if the "Facial Image Not Required" setting is set to "Yes".
- Search for the desired enrollee from the main search field, go to the "Schedule" tab on the enrollee profile.
- Select the "Interview" sub-tab.
- Select "+Schedule" button.
- Once the schedule opens, go to the field in the upper right-hand corner to select a template from the drop-down.
- Select the template you would like to use from the drop-down and select the "Apply" button. Using the template will ensure the schedule details are filled in for you.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the schedule and select the "Save Schedule" button.
Create an Interview Schedule Manually
- Search for the desired enrollee from the main search field, go to the "Schedule" tab on the enrollee profile.
- Select the "Interview" sub-tab.
- Select "+Schedule" button.
- Enter the following fields on the interview schedule:
- Time Zone - Defaults to the time zone set on the enrollee profile.
- Zone - Only applies to enrollees using the EnrolleeApp.
- The location the enrollee should be at when the interview is completed.
- Radius Override (Miles) - Only applied to enrollees utilizing the EnrolleeApp.
- The radius entered will override the enrollee's current zone location. This feature is helpful when an enrollee has to be at home during curfew hours but can be in a zone other than home when they report for their interview.
- Schedule Start Date - Indicates the date the schedule begins.
- Time—Indicates the time the schedule begins. For interviews, it is recommended that you always set this to 12 AM.
- Protocol - this is the list of pre-designated questions the enrollee will be asked during their interview.
- Interview Duration - Allows you to designate the length of the interview period. It is recommended to enter more than one day for the duration.
- Disable Location Verification - Select Yes if you are not concerned with where the enrollee is when they complete their interview.
- Allow Calls from Any Number - Only applied to landlines.
- It allows the enrollee to call in for their interview from any phone number; otherwise, they will be expected to call in from the phone number entered in their profile.
- Recurrence - How often the interview occurs.
- Sent Interview Reminders - allows you to send the enrollee a reminder to complete their interview.
- All interview Reminders will be sent as "To Be Determined."
- Enable Quick Checks (Optional) - Only applied to enrollees utilizing the EnrolleeApp.
- Allows you to randomly locate the enrollee during the monthly period.
- Enter a start and end time frame you want the quick checks scheduled during the month.
- Quick check type - the location verification can be done silently so the enrollee does not know, or it can be paired with voice verification to ensure the enrollee is with the phone.
- Select "Save Schedule".
The times displayed on the calendar within the Schedule tab are determined by the time-zone set on the user’s computer, not the time-zone specified in their platform profile.
For enrollees assigned weekly and bi-weekly interviews schedules, only the most recently missed interview will be available to complete. For example, if the enrollee missed 3 interviews, only the third, or most recent, can be completed.
