Inactive or Blocked Users

User Account Settings

Each user has a user profile. This profile is where ahe login information, settings, and permissions for the user are entered. If a user is unable to access Shadowtrack due to their account being inactive or blocked, you can check the settings here to re activate or unblock the user:
  1. Search for the user by name from the main search field
  2. Go to the profile tab
  3. Under the account settings section you can find the active and blocked status for the user
  4. Check the status to see if the user is both active and is not blocked
    1. Users will be blocked after too many login attempts

Notes
Users who have not logged into the ShadowtrackONE platform for more than 3 months will be automatically made inactive. To reactivate a user account, go to the user's profile. Under the "Profile" tab and select "Edit". In the "Account Settings" section select "Yes" for "Active".
