Users Report

Users Report Guide

The User Report is a comprehensive tool designed to provide detailed insights into the calls associated with enrollees. Follow the instructions below to access and utilize this report effectively.

Accessing the Calls Report

  1. Navigate to the Reports Tab:

    • From the left navigational menu, click on the Reports tab.
  2. Open the Calls Report:

    • Within the Reports section, navigate to the tab titled "Users".

Report Overview

Once you are on the Users Report tab, you will see a detailed table displaying various . The following columns are included in the report:

  • Entity: The entity associated with the user.
  • Name: The first and last name of the user.
  • Username: The username assigned to the user.
  • Email: The email address associated with the user.
  • User Role: The role assigned to the user. 
  • Last Log In: The date the user last logged in to the platform.
  • Active: The user's active status.
  • Blocked: The user's blocked status.
  • Removed By CM:

Exporting the Report

You can export the Users Report by clicking the Export button located towards the top of the page. Please note the following export guidelines:

  • Row Limit: Exporting more than 20,000 rows is not allowed.
  • Search Criteria: To manage the row limit, apply search criteria to filter the report before exporting.

Applying Filters

At the top of the report, you have the option to apply extensive filters. These filters help narrow down the data to meet your specific needs. By using the filters, you can effectively manage the data and ensure that the report displays only the relevant information.
