Activating a User's Profile
Checking the Active Status
- Search for the user by name to go to the user's profile
- On the Profile sub-tab, refer to the account settings tab>Active field
- Also check the Blocked field to ensure the user is not blocked
Users can become blocked from attempting to enter an incorrect password too many times when trying to log in.
Users who have not logged into the ShadowtrackONE platform for more than 3 months will automatically be made inactive. To reactive the user account, follow the below steps.
Activate User Profile
- Select "Edit"
- Under Account Settings, Select "Yes" in the Active field
- Select "No" in the Blocked field
- Select "Save"
