Reviewing and Exporting Inbound Drug Testing Check-Ins

Reviewing and Exporting Inbound Drug Testing Check-Ins

Introduction

Enrollees placed on Inbound Drug Testing are required to check in daily using the EnrolleeApp. This will allow the enrollee to receive a message either stating when and where to report, or that they are not scheduled to report at this time. Each check-in is logged on the enrollee’s profile and can be exported for record-keeping purposes.

Reviewing Inbound Check-Ins

  1. Go to the desired enrollee's Profile > Notifications tab.
  2. Select the Inbound Drug Testing sub-tab.
  3. Here you will find a detailed record of every check-in along with the enrollee's location at the time of the check-in.
When viewing an Inbound Drug Testing Check-In list, several fields of information are listed.
  1. Date - This is the date and time that the enrollee clicked the drug testing button within the EnrolleeApp.
  2. Message - This is the message that the enrollee received upon check-in.
  3. Required to Report - This status indicates whether or not the enrollee is informed to report for a drug test.
  4. Delivery Complete - This status confirms enrollee's receipt and acknowledgement of the upcoming drug test. This is done by the enrollee pressing the "Okay" prompt after receiving the message to report.
  5. Location - A location is captured at the time of the enrollee checking in. You can view the location by clicking the location pin symbol.
Info
After two consecutive days of the enrollee not checking in within the EnrolleeApp, a reminder will be sent to the enrollee to check in. After the third consecutive day of not checking in, the assigned user will receive a notification.

Exporting Inbound Check-Ins

  1. Select the box next to each check-in that you would like exported in the report, then select the Export button.
