The Request Dropdown Menu can be found in the enrollee profile at the top right of the screen. By selecting this dropdown, a list of actions will populate based on the phone type associated.
EnrolleeApp (Logged In):
If the enrollee is logged in to the EnrolleeApp a Device Token will be listed, and the following actions will appear in the "Request" Dropdown Menu:
- Send Credentials- This action will send an SMS message to the enrollee's phone with their EnrolleeID and Password for logging in
- Notification -This action will allow the user to configure a new notification, or select from a template. The user will fill in all fields and select "Save". The notification will be sent to the enrollee based on the notification type chosen as well as the date/time selected. If the Notification Type is left as "To Be Determined" the order goes as follows: Push, SMS, Phone Call
- Sobriety- This action allows the user to send a sobriety alert to the enrollee to perform a sobriety test based on the date/time selected
- Location- This action will send a silent location request to the EnrolleeApp, capturing their location at the date/time selected
- Verification Call- This action will send a Voice Verification request to be performed within the EnrolleeApp based on the date/time selected
- Facial Recognition- This action will send a Facial Recognition request to be performed within the EnrolleeApp based on the date/time selected
- Appointment- This action will allow the user to create and schedule an appointment. The user will fill in all fields and select "Save". The appointment will be created both on the enrollee and user calendars and a Push notification will be sent to the enrollee upon creation, as well as 24 hours before the appointment time (This will be sent as a Push Notification)
EnrolleeApp (Not Logged In):
If the enrollee is not logged into the EnrolleeApp a Device Token will not be listed, and the following actions will appear in the "Request" Dropdown Menu:
- Send Credentials- This action will send an SMS message to the enrollee's phone with their EnrolleeID and Password for logging in
- Notification - This action will allow the user to configure a new notification, or select from a template. The user will fill in all fields and select "Save". The notification will be sent to the enrollee based on the notification type chosen as well as the date/time selected. If the Notification Type is left as "To Be Determined" the order goes as follows: Push, SMS, Phone Call
- Verification Call- This action will create an automated call and prompt the enrollee to complete a voice verification
- Appointment- This action allows the user to create an appointment on the enrollee's calendar, but does not send out an automated call. The enrollee can view the appointment on their calendar when they log back in
Mobile Without App:
If the enrollee has a phone type listed as "Mobile Without App" the following list of actions will appear in the "Request" Dropdown Menu:
- Send Credentials- This action will send an SMS message to the enrollee's phone with their EnrolleeID and Password for logging in
- Notification - This action will allow the user to configure a new notification, or select from a template. The user will fill in all fields and select "Save". The notification will be sent to the enrollee based on the notification type chosen as well as the date/time selected. If the Notification Type is left as "To Be Determined" the order goes as follows: SMS, Phone Call
- Verification Call- This action will create an automated call and prompt the enrollee to complete a voice verification
- Appointment- This action allows the user to create an appointment on the enrollee's calendar, but does not send out an automated call
Landline:
If the enrollee has a phone type listed as "Landline" the following list of actions will appear in the "Request" Dropdown Menu:
- Send Credentials- "Unable to send credentials. Check enrollee's phone settings" will appear due to phone type
- Notification - This action will allow the user to configure a new notification, or select from a template. The user will fill in all fields and select "Save". The notification will be sent to the enrollee as an automated call and prompt them to do a voice verification
- Verification Call- This action will create an automated call and prompt the enrollee to complete a voice verification
- Appointment- This action allows the user to create an appointment on the enrollee's calendar, but does not send out an automated call

A "Device Info" button can be found in the Request Dropdown Menu only if the enrollee is assigned hardware. This button will show all relevant information associated with the device, such as communication and location information.
