The navigational menu is located on the left hand side of the application. This menu allows you to navigate the different tabs throughout the ShadowtrackONE application. The menu can be expanded or collapsed as desired.
Understanding the Tabs on the Navigational Menu
Resources
- Knowledge Base: Comprehensive user guide with detailed articles and screenshots explaining every process within the application.
- Latest Updates: Access the latest application updates, typically released on the last weekend of each month.
- Phone Numbers: View dial-in, toll-free, and SMS numbers associated with the application.
- Orders: Place orders for new units.
- RMA: Submit unit return requests.
Profiles
- Enrollees: View and manage enrollees assigned to you and all active enrollees in the system. This tab also allows you to send mass notifications and view the latest location, EnrolleeApp login status, and hardware events (e.g., alarms and last communication).
- Inmates: Access both active and inactive inmate profiles.
- Victims: Access both active and inactive victim profiles.
- Corrections Officers: Manage active and inactive corrections officer profiles.
Messages
Continuous messaging between officers and enrollees through ShadowMessage, designed to mimic the look and functionality of iOS messaging for ease of use.
Entities
Access the hierarchical entity structure and view all entities you have permission to access. This tab also allows for the creation of new entities and entity management.
Calendar
View and schedule appointments for all of the enrollees you manage..
Templates
This tab is only viewable by tenant admins. This tab allows you to access and edit the following templates for your entity or any other sub entity you may have access to:
- Notification Templates
- One Time Mass Notification: Create and view templates that are to send custom notification messages to enrollees via call, text, email, or push notification
- Schedule Templates: Create and manage curfew and interview schedule templates.
- Interview Protocols: Develop and maintain interview questions and protocols for your entity or sub-entities.
- Drug Testing: Create and manage drug testing templates for your entity or sub-entities..
Devices
This tab is dedicated to hardware management. It allows you to view all devices within your entity or sub-entities and provides access to an alarm dashboard.
- Devices: This tab provides a comprehensive view of all hardware, including Pending devices (activated but unassigned), Inventory (available devices), Assigned Devices (currently assigned to enrollees), and Out of Service hardware. The All Devices section displays every device you have access to, along with details like last communication, last location, firmware version, and lot number. Additionally, there is an Overview Map that shows the real-time location and address of all enrollees assigned to hardware.
- ShadowPhones: Manage ShadowPhone inventory for your entity and sub-entities. This section displays key details such as available inventory, assigned phones, and an overview map showing the real-time locations of all active devices.
- Alarms: Dashboard for monitoring and managing all active, pending, and resolved alarms across your entity.
Reports
Access and generate reports to gain detailed insights into alarms, interview exceptions, appointments, calls, financials, and schedules. Additional reports on enrollees, caseloads, entities, users, monthly invoices, and ShadowAlertness enable comprehensive monitoring and case management..
Lobby Status
this tab is utilized for the ShadowVisit service only. It allows you to view all office visit check ins according to status
Address Query
Search a specific address to determine if an enrollee was ever present at that location. This feature is compatible with both hardware and the EnrolleeApp.
Dashboards
Dashboards can be enabled for your entity to view data from your entity and sub-entities.
