Enabling/Disabling Interior Tracking for a User
Interior Tacking must be enabled by the Shadowtrack team. Please contact us at support@shadowtrack.com to request this feature to be enabled.
Once enabled at the entity level, it will automatically enable for all users.
- Navigate to the user's profile using the universal search bar
- Once in the user's profile select 'Settings'
- Find the setting 'Display Interior Tracking' and select 'Yes' or 'No' to enable or disable this feature for the user
