Interior Map

Interior Map

The interior map displays the floor plan and allows you to monitor inmate movement throughout the facility.
  1. Navigate to the 'Profiles' tab in the navigational menu
  2. Select 'Inmate'
  3. Select 'Interior Map'

  1. Select the desired floor plan you wish to view (if applicable)

Map

  1. Locations on the map update every 15 seconds to display the most accurate and up to date information.
  2. Viewing Tracking Information
    1. Inmates will appear on the map as an icon that resembles a person.
    2. If multiple inmates are in a location, the icon will display the number of inmates in that location.
    3. Green icons signify that the inmate is located in a place they are allowed to be
    4. Red icons indicate that the inmate is in a area that is restricted
      1. The Gateways can be setup as an exclusion zone and will trigger an alarm if an inmate enters this area
    5. When you click on an location indicator it will display the following information:
      1. Name of inmate
      2. Last location
      3. Previous Area 
      4. Alarm status
  3. Count
    1. The number at the top right corner of the map actively counts all of the inmates that are within the facility.
    2. If an inmate is unaccounted for, the count will begin flashing red and will provide the following information when clicked:
      1. Missing inmate's name
      2. Last location
      3. Previous Area
    3. If all inmates are accounted for the icon will appear as solid green.
  4. You can zoom in on the map and move it to the desired area.
  5. At the top left corner there is a fullscreen icon that allows you to blow up the map to fill the page

List of Locations

  1. The list of locations provides realtime information about the inmates and has the following fields:
    1. Name
    2. Group
    3. Timestamp (last location time)
    4. Location
    5. Alarms
  2. The list is automatically sorted so that any active alarms will appear at the top.
  3. You can search by the name of an inmate, group, or locations.
  4. All inmates will be selectable and when clicked, will take you to their profile.
