Downloading a Chat Conversation

How to Download a Chat Conversation

When conducting a chat session, you have the ability to download the entire chat history for record-keeping or review. There are two ways to download a chat conversation: from within the active chat session or from the enrollee's compliance tab.

Method 1: Downloading from the Active Chat Session

  1. During an active chat, locate the "Download Conversation" button at the top of the chat window.
  2. Click the button to instantly download a PDF version of the entire chat.

Method 2: Downloading from the Compliance Tab

  1. Navigate to the desired enrollee's account.
  2. Go to History > Compliance tab.
  3. Double-click on the relevant chat call you wish to download.
  4. A window will slide out from the right, displaying the call details.
  5. Click the "Download Conversation" button to export the chat.

Output Format

  • The downloaded file will be exported as a PDF document.
  • The title of the PDF will be ShadowChat, and it will include the enrollee's name for easy identification.

This feature allows you to keep a record of the entire conversation for compliance or reference purposes.
