A Usage Report displays the usage of phone service features and solutions, and is broken down by each enrollee within the monthly period. This offers insight for each call type, as well as the amount that took place within the billable month.
Usage Report
The following columns are listed and broken down per enrollee:
- Enrollee Name
- EnrolleeID
- InternalID
- Tenant
- Assigned User
- Enrollee Start Date
- Enrollee End Date
- Curfew Outbound - Number of Calls
- Curfew Inbound - Number of Calls
- Interview - Number of Interviews conducted
- Notification - Number of notifications sent
- Enrollment - Number of Calls of type "Enrollment"
- MobileApp - Number of Calls of type "MobileApp"
- TravelPass - Number of Calls of type "TravelPass"
- Critical Reminder - Number of Critical Reminder Calls
- Unscheduled - Number of Unscheduled Calls
- Video - Number of Video Calls
- Chat - Number of Message Call types
- Voicemail - Number of Voicemail Call types
- SMS - Number of SMS Call types
- Phone Number - Enrollee's listed phone number
- GPS One Piece - True/False
- GPS Two Piece - True/False

Usage Report by Active History
The Usage Report by Active History now separates each enrollee's usage by activity period. Each distinct period of activity is displayed as a separate line in the report.
For example:
- If an enrollee was active in October from the 1st to the 10th under Entity A and then from the 11th to the 30th under Entity B, the report will show two separate lines for each period.
- If an enrollee was active for several days, deactivated, and later reactivated within the same month, each active period will appear as a separate line.
This report is implemented to meet the needs of customers who frequently move enrollees between entities and wish to view usage by specific activity dates.
