Enrollee Report

Accessing the Enrollee Report

The enrollee report can be accessed by going to the Reports tab located on the main navigational menu, then clicking the Enrollee sub tab

Report Features

This report can be used to view the following information about enrollees:
  1. Enrollee name
  2. Internal ID
  3. Voice Enrollment date
  4. Facial enrollment date
  5. Enrollee ID
  6. Password
  7. Active Start date
  8. Active end date
  9. Assigned user
  10. Entity
  11. Date of Birth
  12. Gender

Filtering and Exporting the report

There is an export button located at the top of the report along with a search button that will allow you to filter an export by certain criteria. You can filter the report by the following:
  1. Enrollee
  2. Language
  3. Entity
  4. Active status
  5. Active start date
  6. Assigned user
