Create a ShadowBriety Schedule

To create a sobriety schedule:
  1. Go to the enrollee profile.
  2. Select the Schedules tab.
  3. From the Curfew sub tab here, select the +Schedule button.
  4. Select either Curfew Inbound or Curfew Outbound. To configure Curfew Inbound for Sobriety, navigate to the enrollee's "Services" tab. Select "Settings" > "Edit". Select "Yes" for "Sobriety Inbound", and choose either "Yes" or "No" for "Disable Location Verification". If location verification is disable, a location point will still be obtained during the call, but it will not compare to against any zones.
  5. In the mobile service field, select Sobriety Check.
  6. Fill in the fields in the schedule.
    1. Time zone - defaults to the time zone set on the enrollee profile.
    2. Zone - designates where the enrollee should be during tests.
      1. Zones must first be added on the zones tab of the enrollee profile. Please click here to view a detailed article on creating zones for enrollees.
      2. You can leave this blank if the enrollee does not need to be at a specific location.
    3. Disable location verification - turn this setting on if the enrollee does not need to be at a specific location during tests. A location point will still be obtained for each call, but the location will not be compared to a zone. Sobriety Inbound can also be enabled within the enrollee's "Services" tab. When "Disable Location Verification" is set to "Yes", a location point will still be obtained at the time of a sobriety test, but it will not be compared to a zone.
    4. Schedule start date - when the schedule starts.
    5. Period start - the duration of the schedule period.
    6. Enable quiet time - select this field if you would like to enter a period of time not to send sobriety alerts.  The times are entered in the quiet period start and end fields.
    7. Scheduling Type - designates how often the schedule recurs.
    8. Min/Max Call Per Day - designates how many random alerts the enrollee will receive during the scheduled period.
      1. We recommend entering a different variable for the min and max calls so the enrollee does not learn the call pattern.
Info
The times displayed on the calendar within the Schedule tab are determined by the time-zone set on the user’s computer, not the time-zone specified in their platform profile.
Notes
At the current time the sobriety feature is not available in the EnrolleeApp for VADOC probationers.
