
Parent entities can assign devices to enrollees within their sub-entity accounts, even if the hardware has not yet been transferred to the sub-entity's inventory. In doing so, the parent user will see a prompt that reads "This device is not in the same entity as the enrollee, would you like to move it?"
This includes Device Communication logs, charging status, battery health, and other critical information. As long as the device remains in the parent entity’s account, only the parent entity will be able to view this data.
To ensure that sub-entity users can access and monitor essential device information, the device must be transferred into the sub-entity’s inventory.
